Our analysis reveals completely different results in a variety of Chicago neighborhoods, even those right next to each other. In Lakeview, the number of sales and median prices are down in double digits compared to September 2018 and the year 2018 (year-to-date). Right next door in Lincoln Park, number of sales are way up for single family homes and flat for condos, with median prices pretty flat compared to 2018.
