Hi I’m Jeff Kropp. We’re the Home Buyer Agents. Today we’re going to talk about what kind of professionals you need to assist you in your home purchase.

First and foremost, you need to hire your own buyer agent. You might interview a few. My company is exclusive buyer agents. We work with buyer’s only, but obviously the larger traditional firms have buyer’s agents you can hire as well.

The next professional you’ll need is a home inspector. After you go under contract, you’ll visit the home, and you’ll do a thorough inspection…usually two or three hours.

Finally, you’ll need a residential real estate attorney. You can get those recommendations from your own agent. You’re not required to use your agents recommendations. You can look on line for reviews or talk to friends and family. You’ll want to hire an inspector and residential real estate attorney that you’re comfortable with.
