  • Near North Side – 14.3% more homes for sale than May 2017
  • Avondale – 10% more homes for sale than May 2018
  • Lincoln Park – 3.7% more homes for sale than May 2017
  • Lakeview – 8.4% more homes for sale than May 2017
  • West Town – 7.9% more homes for sale than May 2017
  • Irving Park – 16.3% more homes for sale than May 2017
  • Logan Square – 4.4% more homes for sale than May 2017
  • Near South Side – 7.1% more homes for sale than May 2017
  • Uptown – 10.4% more homes for sale than May 2017
